Academic Foundations: I have built a robust educational portfolio, recently pursuing an MSc in International Business with Human Resource Management at Ulster University. This follows a comprehensive academic career at the University of Dhaka, where I earned both a Master’s (MSS) and a Bachelor’s (BSS) degree in Women and Gender Studies. My studies focused on intersectionality, feminism, and various development models, providing me with a sophisticated understanding of equity and social justice.
Professional Experience: I currently serves as a Personal Academic Tutor at UK Management College (UKMC). In this role, I provide one-to-one support to Health and Social Care students, Business Management, and Digital Marketing reinforcing best practices in care while monitoring student well-being through active listening and empathy.
