I am a dedicated and compassionate care professional with extensive experience supporting both young adults and older people within residential and adult social care settings. With a strong background as a Senior Care Worker and Adult Care Worker, I am committed to safeguarding, promoting independence, and delivering person-centred care that enhances quality of life and well-being.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with vulnerable individuals, ensuring their safety, dignity, and individual needs are always prioritised. I have significant experience in developing and implementing personalised care plans, supporting daily living activities, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for those in my care. I consistently adhere to safeguarding procedures, regulations, and best practices, maintaining high standards in all aspects of my work.
In senior roles, I have successfully managed residential environments, mentored and trained junior staff, and contributed to improving safeguarding practices and care standards. I am confident in my ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and provide a stable, supportive environment that encourages independence and personal development.
