About
I am a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in supporting young people to develop confidence, independence, and positive progression pathways. Through my role as an Employability and Skills Tutor, I have worked with individuals facing a range of barriers, providing both group-based learning and 1:1 support to help them engage, build key life skills, and move into education or employment.
I have experience managing a caseload, maintaining accurate records, and monitoring progress to ensure individuals receive the support they need. I am confident in building positive relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve the best outcomes.
My previous experience supporting learners with additional needs, alongside my work in community settings, has strengthened my ability to work in an inclusive, person-centred way. I am organised, proactive, and committed to safeguarding, equality, and supporting individuals to reach their full potential.
