About
After beginning my career in software project management, I spent more than a decade coordinating complex development projects and product rollouts within international technology teams.
In 2009 I took a different path and founded a Scottish-themed bar in the centre of Paris. For the next fourteen years I managed every aspect of the business — from budgeting, supplier negotiations and staffing to marketing, events, and customer experience. Running the business gave me a practical understanding of operations, problem solving, and leadership in fast-moving environments.
Across both careers I have developed a consistent strength in coordination and operational management — bringing people together, keeping projects moving forward, and solving problems as they arise.
I am particularly experienced in:
