I bring several years of hands-on experience across labouring, warehouse environments,
and team leadership, where I have developed a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability
to perform well under pressure.

In my current role as a Team Leader, I am responsible for organising workloads,
supporting team members, and ensuring high standards are consistently met. This has
strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to take responsibility
in fast-paced environments.

I am now looking to take the next step in my career and would welcome the opportunity to
learn new skills, take on new challenges, and grow within a role that offers long-term
