About
I am a compassionate, creative, and dedicated individual with experience across early years and primary education settings, where I have supported children’s development, wellbeing, and learning in both group and 1:1 environments. I have a strong ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and I am particularly confident in supporting children with additional needs such as SEN, ASD, and ADHD. My skills include excellent communication, patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach, alongside being organised, detail-oriented, and able to use my initiative effectively. I have contributed to planning engaging activities, maintaining safe and inclusive environments, and supporting daily routines including personal care and outdoor safety. I am passionate about helping children grow in confidence and independence, and I am committed to ongoing professional development. I am now seeking a stable, long-term role where I can continue to develop my skills, build meaningful connections, and make a positive impact within a supportive team.
