I obtained a social work degree in 2002, a postgraduate diploma in education in 2003 and a family counseling master in 2007 year respectively. After working for over five years in NGOs and secondary school social work setting, I aspired to develop my career in youth education and training field which I acquired more frontline interpersonal and manageable experience for responding the rapid development and changes of the world education and training industries.
During my serving for around 19 years, I have taken more responsibilities on frontline teaching, student affairs, counseling, disciplinary and career assessment with consultant and pre-employment training service for local, SEN, apprentices and foreign speaking young people. I could accomplish effectively at discipline/department levels as well as various industries sectors. The establishment enriched me the collaboration with academic/instructor staff and other professional from different units.
