I have developed strong customer service and communication skills through my experience in retail, where I regularly assist customers, handle enquiries, and help create a positive shopping experience. I am confident operating tills, processing transactions accurately, and supporting customers with product selection. 

I am organised and dependable when it comes to stock management, including replenishing shelves, rotating stock, and maintaining well-presented displays. I work well under pressure and can adapt quickly in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines and supporting team goals. 

I also have experience with data handling and administrative tasks, including collecting and maintaining accurate information during community consultations. In addition, I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, which helps me complete tasks efficiently and stay organised. 

I consider myself a strong team player with good time management skills, and I am always willing to learn new skills and take on responsibilities that help improve overall performance and results.

I am a motivated and reliable individual with experience in retail, customer service, and community-focused roles. I have developed strong communication and teamwork skills through working in fast-paced retail environments, where I support customers, manage stock, and contribute to achieving sales targets. I take pride in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining organised, welcoming spaces for customers and colleagues. 

Alongside my retail experience, I am committed to supporting my community. Through my volunteer work, I help disadvantaged children with their learning by breaking down tasks and encouraging independent thinking. I have also worked in a research administrative role supporting community consultations, where I engaged with diverse groups and helped collect accurate data to inform local services. 

I am currently studying a Level 3 BTEC in Business at Cardiff and Vale College, where I am developing my knowledge of business and marketing while continuing to strengthen practical skills such as time management, teamwork, and data handling. I am eager to continue learning, gaining experience, and contributing positively to any team I work with.
