I have recently been made redundant along with 500 other employees from moores furniture group. I worked there for 42 years doing many jobs. I started in the machine shop labouring. Then moved to despatch where I worked for approx 10 years.i then applied for a quality assurance inspector and got that.i did that for 3 years but the despatch manager asked if I would go back to despatch because they needed my experience. I did that for a few more years before applying for a team leaders job which i got.i did that for a year but it wasn't for me so I applied for a job in assembly. I have done many jobs within assembly
