About
My career began with a passion for solving real-world problems through technology. During my undergraduate degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, I worked on impactful projects including a patented sanitation system for trains and an automated kitchen vending machine that taught me how innovation can improve everyday life.
I went on to join Capgemini Technology Services, where I grew into the role of Senior Analyst, supporting global cloud infrastructure for Hermes Sellier (France). There, I managed high-priority incidents, optimized Windows and SQL servers, and introduced automation to improve efficiency and service reliability. This experience sharpened my problem-solving skills and gave me valuable exposure to working with international clients in high-stakes environments.
To expand my impact beyond technology, I pursued an MSc in Engineering Management at Royal Holloway, University of London, where I built expertise in project management, supply chains, and digital transformation. My dissertation explored blockchain in pharmaceutical supply chains, highlighting its potential to combat counterfeit drugs and drive sustainability. Alongside my studies, I earned certifications in Scrum Master, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and GE Aerospace Supply Chain Simulation and gained hands-on experience as a Resolution Officer at Marston Holdings in London.
I thrive at the intersection of technology, strategy and people, bringing together technical expertise, management skills and cross-cultural collaboration to deliver innovation and transformation. Outside of work, I find balance in music and sports, playing percussion instruments as part of a university music team and competing in badminton and chess at university level. My goal is to build a career where I can contribute to sustainable, tech-driven solutions that create real-world impact.
