About
. I worked in a warehouse in the UK for six months, where I developed strong teamwork, organisational, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. I have also volunteered as a ward housekeeper at Blackpool Victoria Hospital, assisting with meal and drink services for patients, refilling storage, and carrying out cleaning duties. This experience has given me first-hand insight into the service values of the UK healthcare system and customer service standards. In addition, I have completed Essential Food Hygiene training and hold Level 2 certificates in Food Hygiene, HACCP, Health & Safety, and COSHH Awareness. Before working in the UK, I gained experience in design and marketing roles in Hong Kong, where I was also involved in administrative support tasks. Through these roles, I developed strong IT skills and became confident in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I am able to handle text documents, spreadsheets, posters, and presentation materials accurately and efficiently. During my studies at the University of Pécs, I further strengthened my skills in Excel and Word, particularly in organising data and preparing written materials.
