I am a very hard-working conscientious individual and my work ethic is exceptional.
Accruing a vast amount of experience in my previous employment in a Customer Serviced based environment. Admin duties and Report creating in CRM systems for the purpose of MI creation has given me a broad knowledge of what is essential to manage and prioritise what support management need. In this position I developed many skills and put my own time in to improve my skills. I really enjoy Admin work.
Attention to detail is at the top of my priority list. I have very good MS Office skills and can integrate well within a Team environment.
My most recent employment was in a different area, Asbestos, this has also broadened my knowledge of that industry and to adhere to UKAS processes and procedures. Also, in that post I held the position of Laboratory Manager which I accrued the experience of dealing with the running of a team of individuals and understanding each of their needs.
