With a background in Environmental Design and over seven years of experience running my own printing, graphic design, and product-based business, I have developed strong organisational, communication, and digital administration skills that I believe would allow me to contribute effectively to your team.
In my current role, I am responsible for managing customer enquiries via email and telephone, processing orders, maintaining accurate digital records, and organising documentation across multiple ongoing projects. This requires consistent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks, and confidence using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Teams to ensure information is recorded and stored accurately.
In addition, my previous experience within health and social care and as an Emergency Medical Advisor has strengthened my ability to handle sensitive information, communicate professionally with a wide range of individuals, and input accurate data within structured systems while working under time constraints.
I am comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team, and I understand the importance of maintaining organised internal systems to support smooth day-to-day operations.
