I am a driven professional who consistently strives for the highest standards in my work. I have a strong work ethic and believe that maintaining high expectations across a team is essential to achieving the best possible results.

Over time, I have grown significantly in confidence, particularly when managing high-pressure situations that require immediate resolution. These experiences have strengthened my communication skills, as many of these matters required direct interaction with senior leadership and external stakeholders. I have learned how to communicate clearly, professionally, and decisively when it matters most.

Throughout my career, I have progressed into positions of greater responsibility, beginning in a part-time role and advancing to my current position as Manager of a well-established gym in the North East. This progression is something I am particularly proud of. Having faced academic challenges and learning difficulties earlier in life, being promoted to Manager was a milestone achievement and a reflection of my resilience, commitment, and continuous self-development.

In my management role, I have developed a wide range of transferable skills, including time management, leadership, assertiveness, and operational oversight. I hold high standards and ensure daily operations are executed accordingly, while also building strong interpersonal relationships with both staff and clients. Understanding people on an individual level has allowed me to build trust, strengthen team morale, and create lasting professional relationships.

I bring structure, accountability, and a results-driven mindset to any role, while creating an environment where teams feel supported and motivated to perform at their best.

I am now looking to continue developing within a role that challenges me, values high standards, and offers opportunities for growth and progression.
