About
My name is Onyinyechukwu Nancy Franklin-Eghomien, but everyone calls me Nancy. I am currently a Master’s student at Teesside University, which reflects my strong work ethic, discipline, and commitment to continuous learning.
I am highly motivated, adaptable, and reliable, and I enjoy working in fast-paced environments where teamwork and attention to detail are essential. I approach tasks with a positive attitude and take pride in being organised, focused, and dependable. People describe me as creative and hardworking, and I am comfortable taking initiative while also following instructions carefully.
Beyond academics, I run an NGO (Harmony Hands Initiative) in my home country, which has continually strengthened my leadership skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds. This experience has taught me the importance of consistency, hygiene, time management, and supporting others to achieve shared goals.
I am eager to contribute my energy, commitment, and strong work ethic to a kitchen or restaurant team, while continuing to learn, improve, and make a positive impact in any role I undertake.
