I am a highly motivated and result oriented service professional with over 8 years of current experience in business management and administration, within the educational sector write to express my interest in career progression.

Within my current role as Assessment and Exams Administrator at Redbridge Institute of Adult Education London my responsibilities include administration, management and conducting of examinations according to JCQ and Awarding Organisations guidelines, working together with teaching and non -teaching staff and students.
My excellent communication skills both verbal and written enables me to work effectively and collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to support an efficient assessment and exams function.
I have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet external and internal deadlines. My calmness and ability to work well under pressure makes the process of meeting targets and achieving results smoother I have gained and can demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point ),Outlook , Email , Internet, Moodle and a range of Management Information Systems.
In addition to the Master’s degree in Business Administration, I have successfully completed the Award in Education and Training (QCF) and Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (QCF) awarded by Pearson BTEC Level 3 Award.
From my work with education providers I have gained experience and understanding in providing comprehensive operational support to Senior Management, academic and non-academic staff and students from diverse backgrounds in the day to day activities.
The role as Registrar at a Brit College, London I have gained experience in providing comprehensive support to the Senior Management, Director of studies, Course Co-ordinators and teaching organising, managing and supporting the day to day activities required for running an educational institution including co-ordinating assessments and receiving and archiving student assessment course work reference checks, correspondence with various organisations, arranging meetings. Liaising with external bodies, maintain student’s files compiling reports and being a representative at various meetings. I have also gained the understanding and experience in supporting young people by tailoring attendance, progression retention challenges to successful opportunities for the future.
Furthermore, the analytical skill combined with determination and detail oriented personality that I possess has been proven to be very effective in analysing and examining alongside with documentation. Given my experience and skills, I am confident that I am able to perform the duties.
