I am a highly adaptable and motivated professional with a strong background in customer service, leadership, and digital marketing, complemented by hands-on ICT expertise. Over the years, I have proven my ability to step up to challenges, whether running a busy hospitality venue single-handedly, managing staff and operations, or delivering digital solutions. My experience spans team leadership, customer engagement, technical support, and project management, all underpinned by a commitment to progression and personal growth.
In my role at The Pigot Arms, I advanced from team member to bar supervisor and floor manager, regularly trusted to oversee the entire pub. This included handling lock-ups, cashing up with X and Z reports, organising shifts, training new staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction even during peak demand. I have also led teams of up to five servers, organised large events such as Christmas parties, and resolved challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
Beyond hospitality, I have completed a Digital Marketing Level 4/5 course where I gained extensive knowledge of SEO, PPC, content creation, social media management, and email marketing. I have also built and managed websites using WordPress, Wix, and Dreamweaver, and developed strong skills in Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Mailchimp.
