Re: Application for an ESL, History, Special Needs Education and Teacher Assistant Position.

My name is Miss Nolitha Zohar Ndlazi. I am a single female South African ESL and History Teacher. I have a Nevada USA State Teaching Licence 228296 for ESL and History Grade K-12 valid until 1 November 2026. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree (History & Sociology majors), 2. PGCE (History & Teaching Languages) 3. Bachelor of Education Honors in Inclusive Education, 4. Cambridge CELTA 5. a 120-hour TEFL Certificate, and 6. a Master of Arts in TESOL from Sunderland University in the UK. I have a SACE Registration: 12275131 for History and Teaching Languages. I have an IELTS Certificate. I am in South Africa and available for an immediate start.
I am highly interested in teaching jobs in the USA.
IFERS in California could sponsor my J1 Visa to work in the USA in the event I secure a work contract and the school does not have work visas.

I have 8 years and 11 months of teaching experience. I recently taught ESL at Phayakkhaphum High School in Thailand since June 2023 to 27th September 2024. I taught history, geography, and drama to grades 8&9s at Graaff Reinet Union High School in South Africa (October 2021-March 2022). I taught ESL to grade 10-12 learners and worked as an ALT from July 2011 to July 2013 at Horyuji Kokusai High School in Japan.

I taught English in Saudi Arabia for about 5 years. I taught at Al Khaleej Training and Education from (September 2014- March 2017), Princess Noura University (2017-2018), and Niagara College KSA from October 2018-July 2019. I taught ESL at Liou Jia High School in Taiwan from September 2020 to February 2021. I also taught ESL at Houhai English Beijing Training Center in China from October 2019 to February 2020.

In my teaching, I have incorporated games, music, movies, nursery rhymes, group work, roleplay, some TPR, pairwork, PBL to make lessons interactive

In my free time, I read, watch Netflix, social-network, and study online.
