With a solid background in administrative support roles across various sectors, I believe that my experience, reliability and strong organisational skills will make me an asset to your team.
Since 2016, I have been volunteering as Business Support at Firthmoor District Community Association in Darlington. This role has allowed me to develop a broad skill set, including maintaining Excel spreadsheets, preparing banking records, handling incoming calls and supporting the smooth running of the office through photocopying, scanning and stock control. My experience with Office 365, diary management, and community signposting has further strengthened my ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Earlier in my career as an Admin Clerk at Tinsley Special Products I gained experience in using SAGE Line 50 for invoice processing, as well as managing filing systems, mail distribution, and telephone enquiries. I also worked on a temporary basis for Darlington Police Station, where I was responsible for data inputting, managing confidential documents, and general clerical duties.
These varied roles have helped me develop a flexible and proactive approach to administration. Whether working independently or as part of a team, I am committed to maintaining accuracy, providing excellent service and supporting the objectives of the organisation.
