I have excellent Customer care and complaint handling experience as well as having a keen eye for details and spotting discrepancies. I am also a very fast learner of any new products and the systems that are used to maintain a high level of customer service in any role I do. Inbetween working within a corporate customer service and complaint handling environment, I have been working within an equine sector where managing data to ensure correct information is passed to my clients, still played a vital part of my day-to-day job, dealing with customers face to face and on the phone.
I believe I have the qualities that you are looking for, with being calm under pressure, able to be empathetic with my customers and find an ideal resolution for both the business and customer. I am good working as part of a team or on my own and am certainly enthusiastic about providing a high level of service.
I’ve used various systems during my career, including CRMs, databases and more meaning I am quick to learn on any automated platform.
I am looking for a more office/remote home role after fracturing my spine last year, as more physical roles are now taking their toll a lot more, so I very much appreciate any opportunity to do so and would look forward to staying with the company for the remainder of my working career, hoping to climb up to management level, as I also have experience with managing teams. I would be able to commute when needed, including to the states if applicable.
