About
I am a final-year Bachelor student at McGill University in Political Science with a minor in Economics and Entrepreneurship. Alongside my studies, I have built strong experience in customer service, sales, and hospitality through various jobs in restaurants, cafés, and retail environments both in France and Canada.
I have worked in dynamic settings such as Pigeon Café in Montreal and Dr Wine in Dijon, where I handled customer service, reservations, and floor management during high-volume shifts of up to 130 covers. I also gained experience in teamwork, adaptability, and communication through roles in service, cashiering, and event coordination. In addition, my position at Idéal Local taught me order preparation, sales, and marketing, while my work at EPHAD L’Été Indien strengthened my sense of responsibility, efficiency, and empathy.
