About
I have been working in and around butchers shops since the age of 14 starting as a pot wash leading all the way up to owning my own business. I have accumulated many years of knowledge which I am looking forward to sharing in other businesses to help run as efficiently as possible. I am fully trained in making traditional hand raised pork pies along with an excellent knowledge of making the finest sausages and burgers but not to forget I am carcass trained too. I have been praised by many businesses on my excellent level of customer service skills.
