I’m Michael Muff, a creative and reliable digital designer and IT support professional with over nine years’ experience. My background combines user interface design, technical support, and SaaS platform administration, giving me a well-rounded approach to both design and problem-solving.
Most recently, I worked as a Senior Digital Channel Designer at Kings Secure Technologies, where I was responsible for UI/UX design across the company’s SaaS platform, DYMENSiON. I provided first-line user support, managed platform configurations using HTML, CSS and JSON, and created a wide range of digital and print materials — including onboarding videos, templates, and marketing content. I worked closely with developers, marketing teams and clients to ensure consistency, clarity, and usability in all deliverables.
I’ve been recognised several times with Kings Monthly Ambassador Awards for my reliability, collaborative approach, and ability to deliver under pressure. I’m particularly strong in front-end problem solving, visual communication, and producing clear, user-friendly content.
