I have worked in retail for 2+ years, improving my confidence massively and understanding how to deal with different situations efficiently. I learnt how to deal with conflict, resolving it in the most beneficial way for both the customer and the company as well as handling any complaints. I have developed a strong understanding of working in fast-paced environments whilst still maintaining a positive work space. My responsibilities included things like greeting customers, handling various methods of transactions and answering questions to the best of my abilities made by customers.
