Managing the clinical team, making sure they carry out that day today duties in the clinical area. Greeting and dealing with patients in the clinical area, applying patient’s notes to computer, covering the reception twice a week , in putting patients details on the computer system.Calling patients making new appointments with them. Taking private and confidential information. Training new staff assessing staff monthly, Managing the whole clinical area. I have level 3 first aid.

I worked for HEM Ultrasound for the past 2 years, I started as a Clinical Assistant and last year I was promoted to clinical Lead - Deputy Lead, I also managed the reception.

I thoroughly enjoy working in the health sector as previous to that I worked at the Memorial hospital for 20 years. I left there as my children had left school and I wanted a full-time day job. I thoroughly enjoyed my role and was shocked and saddened what happened in my latest position.
I was also a team leader in domestic in a nhs hospital for 20 years.
