Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to lead and inspire teams in high-pressure, customer-facing environments. From managing frontline staff at National Rail Enquiries to running my own licensed premises, and more recently leading wellbeing initiatives at YMCA Derbyshire, I have developed a resilient, adaptable, and empathetic leadership style. My role as a Health and Wellbeing Community Engagement Worker involved coordinating multi-agency partnerships, designing impactful training programmes, and supporting individuals with complex needs—skills that translate directly into creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for your customers and staff.
