About

I have a background in both retail and warehouse environments, where I developed practical, hands-on skills and a professional attitude. In retail, I gained valuable experience in customer service—assisting shoppers, handling transactions, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. I learned the importance of clear communication, product knowledge, and creating a positive experience for every customer.

In my warehouse roles, I worked in fast-paced settings handling goods in and out, loading and unloading deliveries, managing stock, and ensuring accurate inventory control. These roles helped me build a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and an understanding of health and safety procedures.

I recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, where I worked closely with industry professionals on creative projects. As part of an entrepreneurial group project, I collaborated with a team to develop a product, design its branding, promote it, sell it, and manage the finances. This gave me a strong foundation in teamwork, problem-solving, and combining creative thinking with real-world business skills.
