ITIL knowledge - aligning IT services with the goals and objectives of the client and awareness of Service Level Agreements (SLA) best practice and client requirements.
Producing HAM data updates in Excel and utilising ServiceNow (SNOW) to ensure asset management database (AMDB) accuracy.
Writing and submitting reports to update IT managers on performance SLA and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Knowledge of data wiping processes, data wiping standards and secure data destruction methods.

I am a hardworking, conscientious, analytical and customer focussed IT technician. In my most recent role, I was focussed on end-of-life IT asset related tasks (ITAD) and Hardware asset management (HAM) stock control processes for new IT stock.
Before this I used my wide-ranging PC knowledge and problem-solving experience across Windows and Mac platforms, resolving incident and request tickets to client satisfaction.
