Hi, I’m Aastha Thing.
My work experience spans quite a few different areas — I’ve worked in a care home, a research institute, and even a fitness centre. I’ve taken on roles like receptionist, supported HR with recruitment and onboarding, worked with the iLearn app for staff training, and handled general admin tasks. I’m quick to adapt and comfortable stepping into new environments.
Back in Nepal, I was involved in qualitative research, which really sharpened my attention to detail and communication skills. I’ve also been the Master of Ceremony for an entrepreneurship conference — something that pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me grow in confidence.
