My existing role involves me working as part of a team which I feel is important within this role. I am a patient and highly motivated individual with a strong background in customer service. I am a grounded hard working individual with the ability to work well under pressure while staying professional at all times. I have proved this by working in various environments where I have settled in to well as I have transferrable skills.

I am an autonomous learner who is keen and driven to learn new skills.

I am currently seeking a position in which the skills I have developed together with my experience may be fully utilised and I feel that this role within your organisation would enable me to accomplish this.

I have excellent inter-personal skills and can communicate effectively at all levels. I have a very calm and caring nature.

My experience in the office environment extends from greeting visitors, answering telephone enquires, data input, using an electronic mail system. I am familiar with various software packages and am confident in using these.
