About
Throughout my career as a hairdresser I have worked closely with 3 other hairstylists in a tight-knit community, to share and rotate many different clients and shift patterns. In order to do this, exceptional communication and multitasking skills were needed to ensure each appointment was successful especially during busier times such as Christmas and bank holidays.
I have shown great team leadership skills by learning trainees the skills and attributes needed to become a successful hairdresser and had the confidence to take a leadership role as the head of the salon which includes appointing others jobs to do on a daily basis, opening and closing the shop front and had the ability to handle large sums of cash when handling the till each day.
