A confident, friendly and reliable person with a passion for creating positive experiences for people. I have excellent command of the English language with a friendly personality which I use to build a pleasant, buzzing atmosphere for customers to enjoy. I am professional, well presented and able to communicate clearly with people at all levels. I am currently pursuing an Open University course in Cybersecurity and completing online coding courses, as I am interested in changing careers and looking for a new challenge in the tech industry.
