Skills
I bring a strong set of transferable skills developed through over a decade of experience in customer service, childcare, and operations. I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and daily workflow. My background has given me a solid foundation in client communication, problem-solving, and maintaining a calm, professional presence in fast-paced environments. I’ve worked closely with children as both a daycare teaching assistant and after-school program coordinator, which strengthened my ability to engage with young people, plan activities, and foster safe, supportive spaces. With a degree in Psychology, I also have a strong understanding of human behavior and emotional development, which informs my empathetic, people-focused approach to work. I value collaboration, adapt easily to new settings, and take pride in offering reliable, compassionate support in whatever role I take on.
About
I hold a U.S. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and have over ten years of experience across customer service, childcare, and operations. My background includes working as a daycare teaching assistant and an after-school program coordinator, where I supervised daily activities and supported both staff and students. I also served as Operations Manager at a busy dog daycare and boarding facility, where I handled client communication, scheduling, and daily administrative responsibilities. I have completed Ireland’s Children First child protection training through the HSE, demonstrating my commitment to safeguarding and best practices when working with children and vulnerable individuals. Now relocating to Ireland, I’m seeking an opportunity to apply my skills in a supportive, people-focused environment where I can continue to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully.
