About
Currently working for ambulance control dispatching the 999 emergency ambulances, I have been working here for 15 years I have picked up excellent communication skills whilst working under pressure in a fast paced and stressful environment
I also gained interpersonal skills during my 4 years taking the 999 calls and interacting daily with the general public who would call up in very desperate times and I would need to stay calm under pressure and very heightened and sometimes abusive situations
I also worked as a holiday rep before my time at the ambulance service and I did a summer at salou Spain
Here I gained face to face experience with dealing with customers I have front of house experience, dealing with customer complaints and queries and also selling excursions and dealing with and handling cash every day
