About
I’m a friendly and confident individual from Yorkshire with a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for working with people. From a young age, I was eager to get involved in work- spending time in my grandad’s shop from around the age of 9, speaking with customers and learning how a business operates. What started as simply helping out in the background developed into a trusted role, where I was responsible for managing stock and opening and closing the shop. This early experience built my confidence, work ethic, and ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
Alongside this, I’ve taken part in several musical theatre productions, which strengthened my teamwork, confidence, and ability to perform under pressure. I also play the piano, which reflects my creativity and discipline. Currently, I work at Cosmo in Preston as a Team Leader/Receptionist, where I act as the first point of contact for customers, handle enquiries and complaints, and help oversee team performance in a fast-paced environment. I’m known for being approachable, organised, and calm under pressure, with strong communication skills and a real focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
