I am a passionate and dedicated individual, who enjoys learning and developing as a person and as a professional. I am a gifted communicator, both in writing and speaking, with a deep understanidng of people's mindsets and personalities. I am a natural organiser, prioritising efficiency and accuracy - whatever the task, I always ask myself "What is the purpose? What are the priorities? Whom is it addressed to? What are the risks and the benefits?" I enjoy researching to better understand what I am doing, as well as finding the latest strategies and tools to meet the goals. I am a confident speaker, creative in my approach to tasks and consider honest feedback a great opportunity to expand on my success, or learn from setbacks. I enjoy combining quantitative data with their narrative to develop a vision and evaluate the bigger picture. I am a team motivator and leader, who wishes to help others to reach their full potential. I am fluent in Italian, English and French and quite versatile in the fields and roles I can be placed. I have strong working ethics and moral principles, and I stand for what I believe in. However, I am a deep thinker and I ponder carefully before forming an opinion. I am comfortable with learning new IT packages and programs and familiar with both Zoom and TEAMS. I have travelled extensively and I consider myself a global citizen.
