I'm a dedicated and customer-focused professional with experience in retail, banking, and hospitality. I’ve worked as a Sales Assistant at Peacocks in Cardiff, where I supported daily store operations, assisted customers with product inquiries and purchases, and maintained a well-organized sales floor. I also have experience in the banking sector at People’s Bank in Sri Lanka, where I handled transactions, provided financial support, and built strong client relationships.

Currently, I’m working as a barista in Stevenage, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment while delivering excellent service. I’m passionate about creating positive experiences for customers, working well within a team, and continuously learning new skills. I’m now open to new opportunities in customer-facing roles where I can continue to grow and contribute.
