Hi!

I currently work for a mobile phone company, taking inbound chats. My role includes selling upgrades to customers, along with upselling additional products, I also set up accounts for new customers.
I have previously worked in a similar department, over the phone.

My past experience is mainly care assistant/support worker roles, working with a range of residents in care homes, hospitals and supported living.
