I am dependable- I ensure that I am punctual, I stick to the schedules in place, I mark and return learners’ work in good time and with constructive feedback. I make sure I am working in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
I am adept at problem solving, often when facing a project with a tight deadline, for example preparing learners for mock assessments, I often look at how I can perhaps break down the project into smaller tasks, assigning manageable requests to the learner with carefully planned deadlines, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that may arise.
I am familiar with data analysis- I need to track learner progress by collecting and analysing various forms of data, such as assessments, quizzes, and assignments. This enables me to identify patterns, trends, particular strengths or areas of concern.

I possess excellent organisational skills and effective communication skills. I have a proven ability to manage schedules, organise documents, write reports, coordinate meetings.
In my current role at Inspiro I successfully manage a caseload of almost 40 learners, delivering learning for the level 2 and level 3 apprenticeships in Early Years Care, also for Functional Skills maths and English.
Besides delivering training and assessing exams, (either face to face or via Microsoft Teams), I am also responsible for managing administrative tasks. I am therefore proficient in time management, using the phone, handling confidential documents, processing data and managing emails, writing and submittting reports of a high standard. I am experienced in working in accordance to strict safeguarding policies and procedures and with handling sensitive carefully and confidentially. I have strong customer service skills.
I also am responsible for recruiting new apprentices, as part of a recent marketing strategy and am responsible for by maintaining accurate learner records, and assisting in recruitment, sign up process and onboarding.
I am now seeking a change of direction , having worked in the field of education for 20 years. I’m looking forward to a new challenge and for the opportunity to acquire new skills.
