In my previous role I was able to use my customer service skills to assist and advise customers often whilst under pressure always maintaining a calm demeanour.
I have a friendly personable nature and enjoy interacting with customers.
I learn new skills and procedures quickly and am able to maintain and apply these on an ongoing basis.
I believe I would be able to provide any company similar experience having developed my customer service skills over a number of years, I have a good eye for detail, noticing minor imperfections and strive to correct where I am able and strive to complete tasks within required timescales.
I am flexible over duties and have a persistent determination to complete any duties to required standards, I am reliable and flexible to work additional hours where required.
