My name Daniel i have over 10 years experience in customer service and also have experience in other roles such has hospitality, sales , receptionist and retail. in my previous role before being made redundant at the end of December 2024 my job description was to meet and greet visitors, give tours around the facilities and give information out about the facilities, register new members and made sure to check in members an hotel guest, daily checks, answering phone a and email enquires, dealing with complaints, booking appointments, basic admin duties, daily pool tests and answering any in enquires from guests.
