Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, 1099

Location:
Loganville, GA - 3 to 4 surgery days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu, some Fri)
Tampa, FL - 1 or 2 days per week (Thu and some Wed)
Hudson, FL - 4 days a week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu)

Case Types - General, Bariatrics, Plastics, Cosmetics, and some GYN
Setting – Ambulatory Surgery Center
Rate - Competitive (open to negotiate - let's discuss)

No Weekends
No Nightshifts
No Supervision (CRNA Only)
Very Predictable schedule

Credentialing – 48 to 72 hrs or less, we have a proven system as long as we receive all the information and documents needed.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:
* CRNA: 2 years (Preferred)

* General and Bariatrics: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
