We are currently seeking a *Tennis Professional* to lead and develop our tennis programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced coach to take ownership of all tennis operations at the club.

*About the Role*

As Tennis Professional, you will:

* Deliver high-quality coaching to both adults and children, including private lessons, group sessions, and Cardio Tennis.
* Oversee all aspects of tennis operations, including programme development, scheduling, and member engagement.
* Drive participation and retention through innovative coaching and events.
* Manage tennis-related administration, including bookings, communications, and performance tracking.
* Collaborate with the wider leisure team to promote tennis within the club.

*Requirements*

We’re looking for someone who has:

* A minimum of *LTA Level 3 Tennis Coach qualification* (Level 4 desirable).
* Strong coaching experience across age groups and skill levels.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* A proactive and professional approach to programme development.
* Current First Aid certification and PVG Scheme membership (or willingness to obtain).
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
