Due to our continual growth and success, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Automower Technician to join our busy and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of robotic lawn mowers.

*The Role*
You will be responsible for:

· Carrying out professional installation of robotic mowing systems, including programming, and customer demonstrations.

· Diagnosing and repairing faults on Automowers, both in our workshop and on-site at customer locations.

· Performing routine servicing and software updates to ensure machines operate at their best.

· Providing excellent after-sales support and advice to customers.

· Maintaining accurate job records and ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.

*About You*
We require someone with hands-on experience in robotic mower installation and repair. The ideal candidate will be:

· Technically skilled, with a good understanding of electronics, mechanics, and software configuration.

· Confident in working both independently and as part of a team.

· Friendly and professional with excellent customer service skills.

· Organised and able to manage workloads effectively.

· In possession of a full UK driving licence.

*Requirements*

· Previous experience installing and servicing robotic mowers.

· Practical problem-solving skills and technical knowledge are a must.

· Comfort using diagnostic tools and software.
