We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting our employees.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and documentation.
Assist in the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
Maintain HR policies.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure a positive and compliant work environment.

Requirements:

Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
