We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager Professional Vacuum Systems - Europe (m/f/d) to join our team.

Develop product strategies for the assigned portfolio in line with global priorities, while developing and implementing regional initiatives in European countries with an effective go-to-market strategy that recognizes regional specifics
Develop and implement an effective regional marketing plan in line with global objectives, taking into account local needs and opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams for timely execution of product launches and other business initiatives
Ensure sustainable profitable growth of the category by working closely with local, regional and global teams and the sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
To monitor, analyse competitive trends in order to unlock incremental opportunities turning market and customer insights into profitable business initiatives
Develop and present business cases, trend reports, initiative plans, and performance dashboards to peers, management, and global teams.
Act as a strategic partner and key point of contact for all stakeholders in the portfolio assigned to you
Provide support to local teams and other stakeholders on a day-to-day basis for inquiries related to products and initiatives.

You've spent 5+ years in a similar regional marketing role
Have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing initiatives
Experience leading cross-functional project teams, comfortable working in a matrix environment
Gained experience in the healthcare/medical device industry
You are curious, open-minded & passionate
You own strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, the ability to think and act strategically
You are an excellent communicator and have strong influencing skills
Fluent written and spoken English and German
