LEVEL 6 - FROM £28,624 FULL TIME - 37 HOURS PER WEEK PERMANENT

The Property Services Team at South Essex Homes is looking for a highly motivated all-round communicator to join our committed team, providing a specialised programme delivery service.

You will actively contribute to developing and delivering the service in accordance with the objectives of the company.

The main role is to provide a secretarial and administration support to the Programme Delivery Section by word processing, copy and audio typing, as required. You will provide clerical support of a technical nature to, and make appointments with tenants on the behalf of, staff members within the Programme Delivery Section.

Are you currently working in a social housing or property services area and looking to expand on your current experience or broaden your horizons? Are you self motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with good organisational skills? Can you work as part of a team and on your own initiative? Can you meet targets and do you have good communication skills? Do you have experience in a customer service environment and an understanding of housing legislation? Do you have the ability to travel around the city of Southend if required?
