Independently Manage Claims: Take ownership of claims and tackle non-standard cases with agility, collaborating with stakeholders and resolving conflicts alongside our Legal team.
Make Strategic Decisions: Navigate complex claims matters, fully understanding their implications on a broader scale.
Autonomous Processing: Efficiently manage loss notifications, cash calls, and claims assessments to meet our internal standards.
Data Accuracy: Input data timely and ensure precision for your assigned markets, enhancing operational efficiency.
Engage and Contribute: Actively participate in market meetings and provide valuable insights to management.
Drive Innovation: Lead process improvement initiatives, including automating tasks to streamline operations.
Mentorship and Training: Write and propose work instructions, train colleagues, and support them through complex claim processes.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and the capability to guide junior colleagues effectively.
Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication skills in both English and German, allowing you to navigate diverse interactions.
Solid Educational Foundation: A university degree or equivalent in Law.
Language Skills: Native or full professional proficiency in German and full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
