Resposibilties :

Help with general office tasks like filing, answering calls, and sorting emails.
Prepare documents and reports.
Keep records up to date and organized.
Answer queries from the public or staff, and direct them to the right department.
Provide basic information when needed.
Scheduling and Meetings:
Take meeting notes and follow up on actions.
Update and manage data in systems.
Help prepare reports and data for team use.
Help with processing invoices and purchase orders.
Keep track of budgets and expenses.
Support project teams with paperwork and planning.
Track project progress and deadlines.
Ensure tasks are done according to council policies.
Help implement new procedures or improvements.
Assist managers and staff with various tasks.
Arrange travel and meetings for senior staff.
Help send out communications to staff or the public.
Work with other departments to share information.
Assist with using and improving office systems or software.
Help staff with new tools or training.
