Job Highlights:

• Focus on sourcing leads for coal, copper, iron, and manganese mines

• Primary target market: South Africa, with potential expansion to other regions

• Identify and connect with mine owners or high-level decision-makers (COO, CEO)

• Work remotely, collaborating with a Canada-based business owner

• With performance-based incentives

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential mining companies and decision-makers (COOs, CEOs) in target markets, primarily South Africa

• Conduct outreach via phone and email to qualify leads and gather essential information about mineral availability

• Maintain a database of contacts and leads, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate

• Qualify leads by determining if mines have available minerals or if they’ve been depleted

• Assist in managing incoming inquiries through the company website and email

• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results

• Collaborate with the business owner to refine lead generation strategies and processes

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead generation tools

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Basic understanding of the mining industry preferred, but not required

• Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach

• Adaptability to work across different time zones
